Hello, I am back. I returned from the idyllic leafy confines of Napoleon’s little village last week. We had a brilliant time and I wish I was back there again. I could easily exchange the dirt, noise and loonies of London for family, nice food and conversation. Maybe soon.
You will hopefully be very happy to hear that we managed to get some recording done, in between the eating and the drinking. You can hear one right now. We recorded ‘You Do Too Much‘ as a duet. This Davy Lawrence-penned slice of pop gorgeousness was very successful.
It was great fun recording it and I am very happy with my harmonizing. Give the commentary a listen too. You can probably tell that we were both rather inebriated, especially myself. After copious amounts of Jack Daniels and red wine I suddenly became a cartoon character. But it makes me laugh so there.
Listen and enjoy. Don’t forget that the brilliant Enormous album ‘Electric Baby Grand’ is out today so get on down to Big Arena Records and buy a copy, it’s smashing.
Toodle pip!

We should do more of those duets.
If you lived closer, we could actually rehearse them.
Everything may change soon Napoleon and we can work on them as long as we like.
